Apparently, this was not the best ever Fish & Chips but it doesn’t look bad!
I am sharing some pictures with you so that you can see what a traditional fish & chips looks like on the plate.
… Prime Cod Fillet -in a CRISPY ale batter-,
handcut chips, mushy peas and (homemade?) tartare sauce …
It comes from a nice café/bar on the beach at Tynemouth Longsands (near Newcastle).
Very cosy and warm atmosphere when you sit indoors; amazing views when you sit outside on a warm day!
